If for any reason you're disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue, following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Change of Mind and Cancellations:
For exchanges or returns due to regret or cancellation, when the product is in perfect condition but doesn't meet your expectations, you have 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery to request a return via email or phone.
How to proceed with a return or exchange due to change of mind:
Contact customer support via email.
Ship the product back via the postal service, with shipping paid by the customer, to the sender’s address.
Important: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, with no broken seals (if applicable), and must include all accessories.
Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the above conditions, you may choose to:
Receive store credit in the full amount paid, which can be used to purchase another product immediately or within 6 months.
Request a refund using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
Note: If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it back to the address provided by the company, and then the refund will be processed.
The store is not obligated to exchange any product that shows signs of misuse or if the request is made outside the specified return window.
We provide product measurements in centimeters to help avoid mistakes when choosing sizes.
According to the Consumer Protection Code (Article 18), retailers are not legally required to accept returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction with the color, size, model, or similar reasons. The customer is only legally entitled to an exchange in cases where the product is defective.
Other Occurrences:
All situations mentioned above, and any other issues that may arise, must be reported to the store via phone or email.
Products returned without prior notice, outside the allowed time frame, or missing items/accessories may be returned to the customer without notice.
In addition, please refuse the delivery if any of the following occur:
Opened or damaged packaging
Damaged product
Product different from the order
Missing accessories
If you still receive the product under these conditions, please contact customer support within 72 hours of receiving it.
